The 2017 Jiangxi Open Tennis Tournament is an international tennis tour organized by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government, the Jiangxi Provincial Sports Bureau, the Nanchang Municipal People's Government, and the China Tennis Association. It will be held from July 22nd to 30th at the Nanchang International Sports Center. 3、 Scope of solicitation
For teachers and students from various vocational schools, other groups and individuals interested in design and creation can participate.
4、 Design requirements
1. Specification requirements: The height of the trophy shall not exceed 50cm, and the diameter of the trophy plate shall not exceed 40cm;
2. The material is not limited and meets the requirements of conventional production processes, making it easy to produce, display, and store for a long time;
3. The design is simple, beautiful and generous, with a novel form and a sense of the times, which can reflect the local characteristics of Jiangxi;
4. Provide color renderings, structural drawings, dimensions, materials, and creative design scheme explanations for the design draft.
5、 Design proposal submission
Submit the registration form (attachment download) and design draft through email, which should include color renderings, structural drawings and dimensions, materials, creative design scheme descriptions, etc.
6、 Selection method
This competition will adopt two methods: expert evaluation and online voting selection. After being reviewed by the organizing committee, the selected works will be submitted to the expert review team for review and selection by the media and public. The final results will be announced through the official website of "2017 Jiangxi Open" and WeChat official account, and the winners will be notified by phone or email to receive them.
7、 Rewards
One first prize (final design draft adopted) each, with a prize of 3000 RMB, a certificate of award issued by the organizing committee, and two tickets to the final of the "2017 Jiangxi Open Tennis";
Two second prizes each, with a prize of 1000 RMB, a certificate of award issued by the organizing committee, and two tickets to the semi-finals of the 2017 Jiangxi Open;
10 third prizes each, with a prize of 200 RMB. The certificate of award is issued by the organizing committee, and 2 tickets for the "2017 Jiangxi Open" weekday competition.
Two Design Creativity Awards ("Fantastic Ideas" Awards) each, with a certificate of award issued by the organizing committee, a prize of 1000 RMB, and two tickets to the final of the "2017 Jiangxi Open Tennis".
50 outstanding awards each, a certificate of award issued by the organizing committee, and 2 tickets for the "2017 Jiangxi Open" weekday competition.
8、 Intellectual Property Description:
1. The designer shall ensure that the work is original and that the overall design and use of materials do not infringe upon the copyright of others, and there are no copyright disputes; If there are any doubts or legal disputes regarding the submitted work, the organizer will cancel its eligibility for participation and the submitting party will bear the responsibility on its own;
2. Once a design work is adopted, the ownership, modification rights, usage rights, and publishing (including electronic versions) rights belong to the organizing committee of the competition. The designer is not allowed to use the work anywhere else. Once discovered, the submitting party will bear legal responsibility;
3. Participating in the submission is deemed to agree to all the above statements.
