 To ensure the safe and orderly hosting of the 2026 Jiangxi Tennis Open and maintain public order and a stable spectating environment around the venue, we hereby kindly inform you of the relevant matters concerning low, slow, and small aircraft around the venue during the event period:
 1. Involved area: The main stadium of the event and the surrounding area within a 1000-meter radius.     
 II. Time period involved: From 9:00 on April 30, 2026 to 0:00 on May 11, 2026.  
 III. Friendly Reminder 1. During the event, large-scale sports activities will be held in the aforementioned areas, with a dense crowd of people and a complex signal environment. To avoid interference or potential safety hazards caused by flying activities to the event operation and the safety of on-site personnel, we kindly remind the general public and aviation enthusiasts to avoid conducting flying activities involving drones, model airplanes, paragliders, powered paragliders, airborne balloons, and other types of low, slow, and small aircraft, as well as activities that may affect event safety, such as flying kites and releasing items that can be launched into the air, during the aforementioned time periods and within the aforementioned areas.  
 2. For units and personnel who genuinely need to use relevant aviation equipment for the event, please go through the approval procedures with the public security authorities in advance according to the law. If you need to enter the event area to carry out related activities, you can also report to the event organizing committee simultaneously, so that we can coordinate on-site and ensure safety.  
 IV. Relevant Instructions As the organizer of this event, the organizing committee will cooperate with the public security authorities to maintain order on site. If any clues of illegal flying that affect the safety of the event are discovered, we will promptly hand them over to the local public security authorities for disposal in accordance with the law and regulations, and the relevant legal responsibilities shall be borne by the perpetrator. We sincerely request the understanding and cooperation of all parties to jointly create a safe and stable event environment and ensure the smooth and successful holding of this tennis open tournament.
