On the morning of September 6th, volunteers for the 2019 Jiangxi Open tennis tournament received their uniforms, certificates, and manuals from the Nanchang International Sports Center and officially started their work.

                 

Previously, the volunteer preparation committee conducted volunteer selection work at Nanchang Aviation University and East China Jiaotong University. Through layer by layer selection, a total of 128 volunteers from various majors were selected to participate in the volunteer service work of this competition.

 

 

                      

The organizing committee of the competition conducted multiple volunteer training sessions before the competition, committed to improving the participation and level of volunteer service, and ensuring the smooth holding of the 2019 Jiangxi Tennis Open.

Shen Hongbin, Executive Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of the Competition, Chairman and General Manager of Provincial Sports Development Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at the venue, hoping that volunteer students can unite and assist each other, coordinate and serve with a smile, showcase the demeanor of Jiangxi university students with a full mental state, and contribute their youthful strength to the competition. At the same time, he expressed support and encouragement for volunteer work, and wished the event a smooth holding.

                                             

 

The volunteer service work of Jiangwang this time is divided into nine groups: player service, venue service, sports display, competition organization, media, broadcasting and carnival, ticketing and audience organization service, business, VIP reception, and volunteer service. It is worth mentioning that, unlike previous independent groups, the media group, broadcast group, and carnival group are combined as a group, jointly responsible for the promotion and activities of the event.

 

   

 

 

128名志愿者中，之前参与过江网志愿者工作的大三学生甘平表示，第二次来参加江网志愿服务更多是因为能学到更多的新技能，在做志愿工作的过程在也能结交更多的新朋友。第一次参加江网志愿服务的甄艳青则表示，想多去更大的平台拓宽自己的视野，也想拥有更多技能加成提升自己。

While the volunteer team and event video signal production team are ready, the red sports culture exhibition is also being carried out in full swing. The theme of this exhibition is "The Light of Red Sports", which is in line with the theme of the event "Red Spreads to the Yangtze River Network, Green Inherits Jiangxi and Poyang". In order to commemorate the first tennis match of the Republic held in Jiangxi in 1933, a large amount of historical materials on red sports during the Soviet period will also be exhibited.
