On September 21st and 22nd, the recruitment of volunteers for the 2023 Jiangxi Open tennis tournament was successfully carried out at East China Jiaotong University and Yuzhang Normal University. The organizing committee staff completed their interviews at both universities, and the list of volunteers will be announced soon.

In 2023, 106 volunteers will be selected for the Jiangxi Open Tennis Tournament. The volunteers will participate in related event services such as player services, competition services, ticket sales, media promotion, business services, broadcasting services, and operational support. This year's volunteer recruitment adopts a "online+offline" model, and students from two universities will participate in volunteer selection through online resume submission and offline interview.

Jiangxi Open Tennis Tournament is a high-end international tennis tournament introduced by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government as a key sports event since 2014. It is also one of the three major regular international competitions in Jiangxi Province and is an international brand event that Jiangxi strives to build. The aim is to further create a model of "Beautiful Jiangxi", advocate green, environmentally friendly, and healthy sports, continuously enhance the social participation and attention of tennis, and promote an elegant, beautiful, and dynamic tennis culture.

After the list of volunteers is announced, the selected volunteers will conduct regular training and corresponding job training before the competition, and enter the job positions of Jiangwang in the most full state.
